When contacting us, it’s helpful if you can let us know which package you are interested in and whether you have a preferred date in mind. If you’re unsure which option would suit you best, simply let us know — we’ll be delighted to guide you and help you choose the experience that fits your needs perfectly. You are also welcome to share any preferences or specific requirements you may have.

As our appointments tend to fill up quickly, we are often fully booked 2–3 weeks in advance, so we recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your appointment. Should you need to move your booking, we are happy to reschedule provided at least 7 days’ notice is given, allowing us the opportunity to reallocate the original slot.
